   according to Curve website, CRV officially launching on August 14, 2020
2. according to Founder of Curve (on twitter or telegram if you follow this story), anonymous person deployed it at that time and seem like, team did not know / they were very surprised. LoL
3. important point, see this transaction,

👽 he claimed 0 CRV at Aug-13-2020 11:42:25 PM +UTC
👽 about 45m later, he claimed ~ 2k CRV : ) then, he sold them on exchange site such as binance / 1inch
👽 at the time of checking - about 23h UTC+0 August 15, He had about 44k vested token. ~ 16m locked token, Note: We not re-check these numbers yet, we are using result of old testing at that time. You can check contract functions to re-check this data or ask directly official supporter (not sure)

Why we think this address is anon dev’s?
Because he was too fast. seems he was faster than team : )
while, most people claimed their token after CRV contract launching 5-6 hours : )
